I’m Elizabeth Atkinson—formerly a lawyer, climate-policy expert and UN negotiator—now a certified yoga and meditation teacher. Drawing on my own experience in high-pressure roles, I help you navigate stress, sharpen focus and open to fresh perspectives. I teach with confidence, sincerity and a touch of humour—an approach that underpins everything I design, from weekly online practice series to company workshops and immersive retreats.
